The ancient wellness system of Yoga views courage as the heart of the matter, the very essence of living fully. To this end, they developed a technology of techniques we can use to live more courageously and from our hearts every day. In this all levels workshop, you’ll be doing a little journaling, some movement and breath work and a lot of “svadhyaya (self-study)”. You'll come away with a full "tool belt" of techniques that can help you live healthier, more vibrant and satisfying lives today. For ages 18 and older.
