Yoga for Stress Relief

This four-evening yoga series will focus on how to identify stress-inducing triggers and ways to ameliorate your body's physiological response to them with the practice of yoga. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to listen to your body's natural biofeedback and use simple yoga practices in your everyday life to maximize health and wellness. For ages 16 and older.
