Turnout is an exhibition timed to coincide with this year’s mid-term election. The word "turnout" refers to the relatively lower voter turnout in 2016’s presidential elections, and the hope that we'll do better this year. It also refers to the act of turning out a naughty child’s pockets or turning an unwanted guest out of the house. The artwork included addresses current political issues that are relevant to the mid-term elections such as identity politics and civil rights, environmental protections, access to/sale of public lands, immigration, healthcare, separation of church and state, the military industrial complex/foreign policy. Featuring James Budde, Caroline Early, Anika Smulovits, Goran Fazil, Sue Latta, April Vandegrift, Brian Anthony Moore, Kelly Cox, and Eric Mullis.
