There's no law that says you have to eat Turkey for thanksgiving ...

Not in the mood for fowl this Thanksgiving holiday? How about some fish instead of turkey? The Idaho Department of Fish and Game has released about 330 steelhead from the Idaho Power Co. Oxbow Fish Hatchery into the Boise River, bringing the total number of fish, as of November 16, to around 670. The Hells Canyon Reservoir is also filling with fish. At the request of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife earlier this month, 500 steelhead were released there as well. Officials of both departments estimate that close to 2,000 additional steelhead will be released by the end of the month. These fish are ocean-bound, and anglers must have a valid fishing license and steelhead permit to fish for them. Catch limits allow three fish per day, nine in possession and 20 for the entire season.

Micron CEO Steve Appleton won in the Baja Challenge class of the 39th Annual Tecate Score Baja 1,000 as he drove into La Paz, Mexico, on Friday, November 17. Micron sponsored four cars piloted by company big-wigs and equipped with special digital imagery sensors and memory chips that recorded the over 1,000 mile race. NBC is scheduled to air the race in early December.
