Thanksgiving with a French Twist

Join French Canadian chef Paul Saucher for a look at a Thanksgiving menu with a delightfully French twist. The menu will include butternut squash bisque, turkey leg confit and roasted turkey breast with pan sauce, sweet potato gnocchi with sage and brown butter and gingerbread trifle.
