Sushi: Start to Finish

Join Rhett and Christy of Genki Takoyaki for a hands-on introduction into sushi making from start to finish. You'll learn the art of making the perfect sushi rice, then get rollin' on your own creations while learning the basics of ingredient selection, flavor combinations and presentation. Recipes will be available to take home and you'll enjoy a shared meal together at the end of class. Beverages for purchase. Only 15 spaces available; registration ends Oct. 16. In the JUMP Share Studio, located in the lobby on the first floor. For ages 13 and older.
