Idaho SUP Yoga is for students of all levels and no prior experience is needed. The goal of this class is to bring your mind, body and spirit together while enjoying the serenity of the outdoors. Available Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. Ask about a discount when you bring your own board, paddle and PFD.
