St. Luke's Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is an 18-session course that will teach you how to integrate optimal nutrition, exercise and stress reduction techniques into your life. Class participants will find out how to get a handle on high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar. You'll also learn about managing your triglycerides, reducing your stroke risk, depression issues and more. You may register for one of the 18-session courses during this free information session. Held at St. Luke's Heart Health and Rehabilitation Center, fifth floor Classroom/Kitchen, Meadowlake Building, 3525 E. Louise Drive, located north of St. Luke's Meridian.
