Yogis have long considered spring the best time to clear out winter’s stale energy, remove obstacles to growth, and plant new seeds for summer’s blossoming. In this workshop, you’ll use the receptive shapes of lunar flow and breath work to detox, make space, and revitalize your storehouse of energy. With guided meditation, you’ll use this reclaimed space to gain clarity on your intentions for the upcoming season of growth. Each participant will receive a workbook which includes space for refection but please feel free to take your journal as well. For ages 18 and older.
