Attend an 8-hour food safety course sanctioned by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation designed to provide food service managers with the knowledge necessary to meet state and national standards. The certification is valid for five years and can be used anywhere in the United States. The course is intended for food service managers, but is open to all food service employees.
