Boise police are investigating another vehicle vs. bicycle collision Thursday, which sent a cyclist to an area hospital, the second such incident in only 12 hours.
Emergency responders were called to the intersection of Pennsylvania Street and Parkcenter Boulevard Thursday afternoon. That's where witnesses told police a passenger car driven by an adult male, heading south on Parkcenter, struck a bicycle ridden by an adult male as the cyclist was crossing at the Pennsylvania intersection. Police said the cyclist received life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
Police were diverting traffic through Thursday afternoon's rush hour as an investigative team continued its probe into the incident.
