This panel will discuss the North American Free Trade Agreement and the plethora of relationships and agreements that exist between the countries, provinces and states. Moderated by Consul General James Hill, Canadian Consulate of Seattle, with special guest Carlo Dade, director, Canada West Foundation Centre on Trade and Investment Policy, Calgary.
