"The past almost four years on State Street have been fun, but we're bursting at the seams and need a little more room to keep making things cool for you!" the post read.
It also gave a clue to the shop's new spot: a snapshot of a hand-lettered sign, reading "Dictionaries." Just a few days later, Re-POP employee and "Nerd Supreme" Mary Kate Mathias confirmed for BW what some Boiseans may have already guessed, thanks to a poster in its window: Re-POP is moving into the space last occupied by Trip Taylor Booksellers at 210 N. 10th Street.
"We're hoping to be there by early April, because our last day in this space is going to be March 31," Mathias said, adding that perks of the new spot include not just more space but a central location for events like comic conventions and First Thursday.
In preparation for the move, Re-POP is hosting a giant moving sale with 10-50 percent off all merchandise through Sunday, March 31. Stop in to stock up on your favorite Idaho-made merch and swag from fandoms like Harry Potter, Firefly, Supernatural, Doctor Who, Star Wars and more.
