Get your heart pumping and blood moving with yoga, a fantastic physical and mental break especially for office workers. You'll work up a sweat while firing up your core. You can decrease stress levels, and improve posture and focus, muscle toning and mental clarity. Wear clothes you can move in and take a water bottle. This class is 50 minutes long so all of you on your lunch hour have enough time to get back to the office. All levels of yogis are welcome. For ages 18 and older.
