Playwright Edward Albee

The Cabin’s annual series Readings and Conversations welcomes playwright Edward Albee. The recipient of three Pulitzer Prizes, two Tony Awards, and a special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in Theatre was honored in 1996 as a Kennedy Center Honoree and was awarded the National Medal of Arts. Albee is best known for his drama, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, but also, A Delicate Balance, The Zoo Story, Seascape, Three Tall Women, and The Goat, or Who is Sylvia. The format of the event allows for lively discussion between the audience and the guest speaker.
