Plates and Pints: How to Pair Food and Beer

When: Thu., March 9, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2017

With all of the craft beers that Boise has to offer, it's a great time to learn the art of food and beer pairing. Greg and Stacie Humpherys of the local Caboose Spice and Company will share easy, flavorful recipes using their signature spice blends, along with their knowledge of how to match flavor profiles with different brews. Enjoy appetizers like spiced grilling cheese, curried meatballs and honeyed habanero chicken with pineapple expertly paired with beers from Boise Brewing. They'll send you home with a full belly, an excited palate and recipes. For ages 21 and older.
