Learn how to cook several Lao dishes, customized to be plant-based (vegan). In this hands-on class, participants will prepare an appetizer, salad and main dish. You'll then eat your creations together in classic Lao style, scooping it up with sticky rice. Beer and wine available for purchase. For ages 13 and older. Registration ends Sept. 14.
