Passover is a Jewish holiday during the springtime when unleavened bread, or matzoh, is eaten. During this hands-on program, participants will learn how to prepare matzoh brei, a traditional Passover breakfast dish, similar to french toast. Participants will get to make their own matzoh brei, and top it with several sweet and savory home-made condiments of their choice. Gluten free options available. Recipes to take home and beverages for purchase. Registration ends Thursday, April 19. For ages 13 and up.
