If you haven't decided on a romantic way to spend Valentine's Day with your loved one, you're almost out of time. Lucky for you, we compiled a little list of some fun (and classy) last-minute ideas.

Take your sweetheart on a romantic drive out to Caldwell to take part in Ste. Chapelle Sparkling Valentine's Pairing, which offers a taste of Ste. Chapelle's finest bubbles, including the demi sec and brut, paired with savory and sweet treats. The Cake Ballers will have some decadent chocolate cake samples, and you'll leave with a souvenir champagne flute to remember a Valentine's Day well spent. The tasting runs from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Ste. Chapelle Winery (19348 Lowell Road) and costs $15 per person.

If bubbly isn't your style, head to the equally classy Sawtooth Winery Valentine's Gourmet Chocolate, Cheese and Wine Tasting in Nampa. This event offers an array of Sawtooth wines to try, paired with artisan cheese and chocolate from The Chocolat Bar, and live music by Michael Civiello. If you really want to impress your date, take him/her to a VIP sashimi/sushi/sparkling wine pairing in the private barrel rooms. This tasting runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sawtooth Winery (13750 Surrey Lane), and costs $15-$40.

If your beloved is more into beer, snag a couple of seats at the 10 Barrel Pub Valentine's Day Brewmaster Dinner. 10 Barrel's first-ever Valentine's Day dinner will be an intimate, five-course beer pairing dinner with dishes like spice-rubbed Kobe beef carpaccio and buttermilk panna cotta with a raspberry Nutella cookie crumble for dessert. The dinner runs 5-9 p.m. (830 W. Bannock St.) and costs $65 per person.

For something completely different, take your date out to the Old Penitentiary's Romancing the Pen for guided tours offered hourly starting at 12:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The cost of admission includes a 2-for-1 special. The penitentiary, located at 2445 Old Penitentiary Road, will stay open until 8 p.m.
