This group meditation will encourage deep relaxation through breathing, stretching, quiet introspection and personal guidance. This simple, calming approach will alleviate stress, brain chatter and anxiety, while quickly and easily allowing your life to be much more enjoyable and relaxed. Simply settle inward and experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness.
