Ken Newman

First Friday Art in Eagle featured artist Ken Newman, a premier national artist, will be discussing his work on the patio of the gallery on Saturday. The sculptor out of Cambridge, Idaho, works in both wood and bronze. Newman's “Tale of Respect” a bronze pheasant, was chosen for the 49th Annual Society of Animal Artists’ Art and the Animal exhibition at the Earl Bane Gallery at the Rolling Hills Wildlife Museum in Salina, Kansas. Newman is one of 25 sculptors to be accepted into this prominent museum exhibition. The Society of Animal Artists organization is based in New York City.
