Intro to Food Preservation

Learn the basics of different forms of food preservation (fermentation, dehydration, canning), equipment needed, and safety issues. This is an excellent class for those new to food preservation and for those who need a refresher. Taught by Katrina Jones, a master food safety adviser for the U of I Extension Office.
