ISP reported a Toyota Rav4 traveling westbound crossed the center line of the highway and collided with a semi truck.
The driver of the Toyota, Glenn Post, 60, of Boise, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. ISP said he was not wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the commercial vehicle, Jose Escobar, 32, of Anaheim, Calif., was wearing his seatbelt.
