- (left to right) Angela Frisby, Travis Anderson and Lilly Johnson are each charged with 1st degree kidnapping and aggravated assault.
Law enforcement officials say three northern Idahoans are behind bars in connection with the kidnapping of a woman. The 25-year-old victim was allegedly abducted from a Spokane, Wash. supermarket on Nov. 25 and found hours later bound with duct tape and walking along Highway 53 near the north Idaho town of Rathdrum.
The unnamed woman told police she had been taken by force and bound, driven to a remote area then physically assaulted before she escaped. A motive has not been released.
KREM-TV reports three suspects, Angela Frisby, 37; Travis Anderson, 27; and Lilly Johnson, 19, all from Coeur d'Alene, have each been charged with first-degree kidnapping and aggravated assault.
Law enforcement said clues led them to a Post Falls hotel where they first apprehended Frisby. The investigation then led the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force to the other two suspects. Anderson had previous arrests on charges of theft and attempted strangulation and Frisby had previous arrests of battery, probation violation and being a fugitive from justice.
