This installment of Chef Dean’s "Idaho Preferred" series will feature fresh fish from Idaho’s rivers and lakes, the many ways to cook fresh corn and tomatoes, how to make stuffed zucchinis and baked goods such as pies and tarts filled with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and peaches.
