How to Use Your Computer to Design New Materials

When: Sat., Nov. 12, 2-4 p.m. 2016

School-age children and parents are invited to join Dr. Lan Li, assistant professor and a leader of Materials Theory and Modeling group at Boise State's Micron School of Materials Science and Engineering, to play with atomic structures, nanomaterials, 3-D molecules, and design your own materials for next generation applications. This STEM event will demonstrate how to use advanced computer modeling tools to design your own materials.
