Go through the process with some of Boise’s top food company experts: Jessica Rolph, Happy Baby Foods; Meg Carlson, Melt Organics; and Josh Bevan, UI Food Technology Center director. Topics include supply chain, distribution, production and manufacturing, sales and marketing, and overall perspective on the process. All are welcome.
