Chef Ryan Lancaster, owner of the catering business "Flavors," will be on hand to teach participants how to prepare a variety of different Party Hor D'Oeuvres. Learn how to make Thai Chicken in Lettuce Leaves with Sweet Spicy Soy, Buckwheat Blinis with Smoked Salmon and Lemon Creme Fraiche, Bloody Mary Steak Bites with Gorgonzola and Baked Brie Bites with Cranberry Compote.
