"We actually had really light smoke damage, which was cleaned up fairly quickly, and then we were able to reopen Wednesday evening," said Alicia Grams, managing partner at Bonefish. "The team did a really nice job of cleaning things up and moving forward."
Hawkins Companies, the commercial real estate business on the floor above Bonefish, sustained heavier smoke damage and is still closed for repairs. But Ha'Penny Bridge Irish Pub, Bonefish's downstairs neighbor, reopened today and is back to business as usual, with live music and dancing beginning at 8 p.m. and a 2 a.m. closing time. Happy Fish Sushi and Martini Bar, another restaurant in the complex, reopened its doors at 3 p.m. today, and will serve its signature sushi and cocktails through 10 p.m.
The Boise Fire Department reported Wednesday that the fire was accidental, and power had been restored to all businesses north of the Knitting Factory.
