Chef Doug Winter of the Flatbread Community Oven is back once again to show off his culinary expertise. This gourmet pizza class will give participants the chance to see how a quality pizza is made as Winter creates a pizza laden with butternut squash puree with bacon, smoked munster cheese, carmelized onions and spinach, topped lightly with asiago cheese. He'll also whip up a butternut squash salad, a pea soup and a creamy apple dessert. Add in some wine servings and you've got one tasty (and informative) night.
