Get Ready to Drop In: Boise X Games Qualifier Bleacher Seats Go on Sale May 14

by

There are a lot of ways to catch the X Games Qualifier in Boise, but short of shooting the action for ESPN inches from skaters and BMXers, by far the best is from the bleachers.

Those seats are free during the qualifying rounds for men's and women's skateboard and BMX events on Friday, June 28, but for the final and elimination rounds on Saturday, June 29, they'll run $25. Tickets for the limited, prestige seating go on sale Tuesday, May 14, for $25 apiece.

As in years past, they'll sell out fast, but not nabbing one isn't the end of the world: Large-screen viewers will be arranged throughout Rhodes Skate Park so everyone can feel close to the action.

This will be Boise's third year hosting a Road to the X Games Qualifier. According to the City of Boise, 12,000 people attended the two-day event in 2018.

In an update, the city announced a second Boise athlete, skateboarder Elliot Saxton, has been invited to compete alongside skateboarder Dalton Beeson.
