Fundamentals of Athletic Strength

When: Wednesdays, Thursdays, 10:30-11:15 a.m. Continues through June 28 2012

This four-session class will teach the fundamentals of strength training as it pertains to a sporting environment. Athletes will learn exercises designed to strengthen the patterns used in athletic movement. For ages 12-14 Wednesdays and Thursdays June 6-14, or for ages 15-17 Wednesdays and Thursdays June 20-28.
