Free Tow

Cars are great—as long as they're running, that is. Once a vehicle becomes more lawn ornament than transportation tool, it becomes a blight and often leads to some not-so-friendly feelings among neighbors.

According to the Boise Police Department, there were more than 2,700 complaints about abandoned vehicles in Boise and Garden City last year alone. To help address the problem, Naylor Towing is offering free towing of abandoned vehicles throughout the month of November. The usual towing charge is $75.

This is the second year the company has run the program. Last year, it picked up 80 abandoned vehicles around the city.

Anyone who wishes to have a vehicle towed must have a clear title to said vehicle, and the car must be free of garbage, debris and have all four tires filled and ready to go. The company will also pick up RVs, trailers and boats, as long as the owner can show a clear title of ownership for each.

To arrange for a pickup, call Naylor Towing at 208-343-0712.
