Moshit Mizrachi-Gabbitas, owner of Janjou Patisserie, is known for her elegant and delicious desserts. She will spend the evening sharing some of her master pastry chef secrets, introduce Europe’s newest desert craze, and explore the preparation of a very unusual fruitcake.
