This eight-week program is a journey of personal empowerment and self-discovery. You will learn why mindfulness is an important part of self-care and also deepen your level of self-awareness. Each week you will learn about various aspects of mind/body medicine, engage in-group discussion and be guided through meditation and mindfulness techniques. Weekly topics include the role of stress, meditation for self-healing, the power of thoughts and the importance of gratitude.
