Dynamic Strength Fitness Class

When: Third Saturday of every month, 10 a.m. Continues through March 18 2017

Spend an hour elevating your mood and challenging your body. This functional fitness experience will include elements of high intensity interval training, Pilates, bodyweight work, yoga and more, all set to a killer playlist. For ages 16 and older.

Price: $40 for 4 sessions
