Join guest chef Doug Chippewa for a menu of delicious Creole dishes. The meal starts with Fried Green Tomatoes, followed by Pastalaya (Jambalaya with linguini noodles instead of rice sautéed with a creole butter) and Red Beans and Rice with Blackened Shrimp, and topped off by Southern Bread Pudding with a whiskey sauce and nutmeg topping.
