Chef and owner of downtown's Sweet Water's Tropic Zone Susan Zimmerman leads a class in Spanish Caribbean Cuisine. Her menu includes savory meat pie, black-bean soup, spiny lobster and gulf prawn, fried sweet plantain, yellow rice, mixed greens salad and a Cuban-style dessert.
