Singing is good for the heart and enhances social bonding. Participants will learn vocal warm-up exercises and heart-based multi-cultural songs in a call and response style. Instructor Genevieve Emerson has studied voice for over 20 years, and has taught sound yoga for five. She is a song keeper with a wide repertoire of songs to share.
