In what has been called a "heinous" attack, police in Coeur d'Alene are investigating the stabbings of three goats doing weed reduction at a 4-acre water well site.
KREM-TV reports that animal control officers received a call alleging animal abuse in the early morning hours of July 28. When they arrived at Honeysuckle water well, owned by the city of Coeur d'Alene, police discovered that three small goats had been stabbed.
