When: Sat., May 2, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. and Thursdays, 3-8 p.m. Continues through June 19 2015
Check out this exhibition of new work by Chris Binion. In a departure from the representational work he is known for, Binion contemplates the qualities of atmosphere by layering transparent washes of color on paper, panel and canvas. These spare and beautiful images of richly painted and nuanced surfaces register the essence of what one might see where nothing tangible exists. Through June 19.
