Boise River Water Rights

The Boise River is a carefully regulated system designed, in large part, to deliver water to water-rights holders. Efforts to enhance the aquatic and terrestrial health of the Boise River must respect water rights. Peter Anderson, counsel for Trout Unlimited, and Rex Barrie, District 63 water master, will address this important issue.
