“[The concert] is very family focused,” said Tammy Barry Boise Fire Department communications coordinator. “It should be a fun Sunday afternoon.”
The event gets underway at noon on July 19 and music from the local band Raketeeth will be playing from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. concert will be held Sunday, July 19. Doors open at noon and Raketeeth, a local band, will be playing from 1:00 to 4:30. Suggested donations are $10 with all proceeds going to the Burnout Fund. This summer's performance is part of Ste Chapelle’s concert series, which has included a concert for the Burnout Fund for the past five years.
“We’re expecting about 100 to 150 people,” said Dane Oldham. “Anybody’s welcome.”
In 2014, the Burnout Fund assisted 35 families and individuals through lodging and food vouchers, and in some cases, financial assistance.
