Boise Blues Festival

When: Sun., July 16, 12-9 p.m. 2017

This year's Boise Blues Festival has a definite reunion theme, as Boise Blues Society celebrates its 25th year of bringing the blues to Boise, with the return of three of the most crowd-pleasing touring musicians presented in recent BBS shows, two of Boise's most popular local blues bands, and 85-year-old Mississippi blues icon Leo "Bud" Welch, who's been playing and singing the blues for more than 70 years. Headliner Curtis Salgado will be joined by Lisa Mann, Johnny Rawls (backed by Smooth Avenue), and The Blues Addicts (with Brass Tacks horns).

Price: $25-$30
