The words "Evil Wine Show" may drudge up memories of weddings with open bars that resulted in people watching your version of the robot with horrified facial expressions.
But todayat 8 p.m., you can watch a different kind of Evil Wine Show. The kooky creators of "sarcastic, sardonic, sadistic and morally satiating" events will premiere season two, episode one of The Evil Wine Show tonight at the Red Room, featuring special guest actor Crispin Glover and a musical performance with composer Robin Zimmermann.
The event will also feature bands Flip Cassidy (Los Angeles) and Dum Spiro Spero (San Francisco) playing before the screening, and locals The Sneezz and Cerberus Rex playing after.
It is FREE to watch the show at Red Room with the cast and crew, but donations will be accepted to help raise funds for the 2012 Evil Wine Carnival, which is a benefit for Go Listen Boise.
Glover will also host his own bizarre show, Crispin Hellion Glover's Big Slide Show Part 1 and Part 2, over the course of two nights at the Egyptian Theatre on Thursday, July 26 and Friday, July 27.
Episodes from season two of The Evil Wine Show will be available online at evilwine.com from 10 p.m Mondays until 10 p.m Tuesdays.
