Police Blotter: Arrests For Meth Possession, Chair Smashing


Dustin Fowler, 27, is charged with malicious injury to property.

Boise Police said a Boise man got a bit out of hand early this morning outside of the China Blue bar on the 100 block of South 6th Street.

Law enforcement was called to a report of a disturbance at approximately 1:00 a.m. this morning when witnesses said a suspect, who was angry with another bar patron over a personal dispute, grabbed a chair from the bar, smashed a bar sign on his way out the door and began smashing the chair on the outside sidewalk.

27-year-old Dustin Fowler of Boise was charged with a felony count of malicious injury to property.

Aaron Ross, 22, is charged with meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also this morning, Boise Police said they observed a vehicle fail to yield to a stop sign near Overland Road and Phillippi Street. When officers searched the vehicle, they discovered meth and drug paraphernalia.

22-year-old Aaron Ross of Garden City was charged with a felony count of meth possession and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia.
