Huckabee to Rally GOP Troops Two Days Before Idaho Caucus

Tuesday, March 6, will be a big day on the political calendar as Idaho participates in Super Tuesday, the uber-collection of caucuses and primaries when voters in 10 states from Alaska to Georgia participate in caucuses or primaries.

Supporters of former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney and Texas Congressman Ron Paul are hoping that the two GOP frontrunners will make return appearances to the Gem State in the run up to the caucus, but one Republican has already confirmed that he'll be coming to Idaho two days prior to the big vote (even though he won't be on the ballot). Mike Huckabee, a 2008 presidential contender, will be holding what he calls a "Vote for America Rally" at Nampa's Idaho Center on Sunday, March 4.

Huckabee, who now hosts a talk show on the Fox News Network, has been holding a series of Republican fundraising rallies, though he has yet to endorse any of the 2012 presidential hopefuls.
