Well, Richard Victory, technically. But make no doubt: If the charges being leveled against this Eastern Idaho man are legit, he's wild all right. Victory, 18, is accused of stepping out in front of a moving car on Highway 20 and brandishing an AK-47 assault rifle, according to a story in the Idaho Falls Post Register. After pointing the gun at the driver of the car, he demanded the man's wallet, phone and tobacco. Police soon caught up with Victory and chased him to Rexburg, where he was arrested and taken to the hospital. Currently, he is being held without bond in Bonneville County Jail.
