To help you start your days off right, KB Burritos has added a large selection of breakfast burritos to their already delicious burrito menu. They open at 7 a.m. and suggest calling ahead for even quicker pick up. You can get the Original ($4.50), which is chorizo sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, rice and KB's red sauce. The Steak and Eggs ($5.99) has "all-natural Buhl beef," eggs, potatoes, cheese and red sauce. You can choose to go vegetarian ($4.99), or you can eat a Bronco ($6.99): salmon, spinach, fresh tomato, potato and cream cheese. They've also got the Mexican-breakfast classic, Huevos Rancheros ($4.99), with two eggs over easy, corn tortillas, refried beans, red sauce, sour cream and salsa. If that's not enough, KBs serves their new breakfast burritos all day.
And for those who would prefer to supplement your burrito breakfast, KBs also offers granola, yogurt, muffins, coffee and you can even get a shot of Acai juice.

If traditional American breakfast fare is more your thing, stop by the Bistro at BoDo. Now offering breakfast and lunch, the Bistro's the perfect place to go for a full morning or early-in-the-day meal. They offer Eggs 101 ($5.75), a simple but hearty breakfast of two eggs, two slices of bacon and two pieces of toast. They have a twist on the typical biscuits and gravy with their B&G ($6.50): spicy Italian sausage gravy on a homemade biscuit. Top it off with two over-easy eggs (for an additional $1.25) to really kick it up a notch. The Bistro also has a selection of something they call "Hand Helds." These include a delicious-sounding Fried Egg Sandwich ($5.75) with two eggs, bacon, tomato and pesto mayo on multigrain bread. Or go a la carte and get a bowl of oatmeal ($4.25) with your choice of raisins, brown sugar, cranberries, pecans and more. Add to that a side of roasted, red spicy breakfast potatoes ($3) and fresh fruit ($4.25). Stop by for lunch and have a cup or bowl of soup ($3.75, $6), a turkey club or roast beef sandwich ($6.25) or a Big Chopped Green Salad (who doesn't love a big salad?) with grilled chicken ($7.75).
