This big-boned dish might as well have gotten the award for Best Nap. Every time we airplane heaping bites of smoky, grilled polenta, black beans, cheese, guacamole and sour cream into our mouths, it's a ticking clock 'til naptime. While polenta on its own might be considered a moderately healthy option, top it with all the fixins, and it becomes a sneaky calorie bomb. Add a hoppy brew into this equation, and there's a high probability we'll be passing out at the table. Fairly standard weekend behavior.
